Stephen was able to lead us through a strategic planning session that established both short term and long term goals to further develop our area as a destination.  Stephen took the time to visit the sites in advance of the session and that allowed him to understand us as we discussed each attraction.  He also provided wonderful insights through the eyes of a visitor and not as a destination marketer.

Our annual meeting was becoming stale and Stephen's direction was just what we needed to provide the spark we were looking for. I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Stephen for several years in organizing the very successful World Championship Qualifying Prairie Punisher Duathlon hosted in Gardner, KS.  
Additionally I have observed Stephen as he has organized and directed the Olathe Marathon for several years.  Stephen’s organizational and leadership skills have been instrumental to the success of each of these events.  Additionally he has great public relations skills and provides a personal touch that ensures a positive experience for the participants, sponsors, community, businesses and spectators.
